Kage Harp at Stephen Isley Jewelry

Kage 3

We are excited to have Kage’s artwork in our shop for the month of August!

Painting is Kage Harp’s way of communicating without words. Splitting her time under the big skies of Montana and on the beautiful coastal waters of the Gulf Coast has infused her work with the rhythms of nature and an expansive sense of space. She chooses to work non-figuratively because the process allows her the freedom to explore unforeseen aspects of herself. She is passionate about connecting to her inner world through her art.

Kage Harp studied abstract painting at the Academy of Art in San Francisco.  Her work is widely collected in the United States and abroad. Her paintings have been included in exhibits at the Hockaday Museum of Art in Kalispell, The Danforth Gallery in Livingston and the Missoula Art Museum in Missoula.

We hope that we’ll get to see you on Thursday, August 4th from 6-9pm!

We’d love to hear what you think so leave us a comment.
